GATHER:
On Friday, December 8 at 7:00 p.m., MHSA YPG will host a donation gathering for participants to drop off their donated items which can include, but is not limited to: gloves, winter scarves, socks and jackets.
There will be warm drinks and donuts provided at the donation gathering. Participants can drop off their donation or choose to stay for a short presentation from a formerly homeless individual about how your donations help, and more information from our program staff about MHSA’s mission to end homelessness in Massachusetts.
Admission is one item for donation.
GIVE:
On Saturday, December 9 beginning at 10:30 a.m., MHSA YPG, MHSA staff, families, supporters and formerly homeless individuals will distribute donated items throughout specifieds area in downtown Boston.
Donors from the previous night are welcome back to join teams in distributing the collected items. New participants are also welcome to join in distributing the winter garments even if they were not able to donate the previous night.
