The Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts is proud to announce that our 2015 Annual
Golf Classic will be held at The Haven Country Club in Boylston, MA, one of the area’s
most exclusive private country clubs, formerly known as Mount Pleasant Country Club. On
Monday, June 22, 2015, we invite you to support BIA-MA by becoming a sponsor, donor,
or tournament participant. The tournament is our major annual fundraising event. All of
the proceeds will be used to fund the four pillars of our mission: Support, Education,
Prevention and Advocacy.

Golfers of all ages and abilities are invited to play. We encourage you to invite your family,
friends, and co-workers for a fabulous day filled with 18 holes of championship golf at
one of New England’s premier golf venues. Included in your day will be our Grille at the
Crossroads Luncheon, on course testing of your skills, and an Awards Dinner complete
with Silent and Live Auctions.

By participating as either a sponsor or player, you can make the world a better place for
brain injury survivors of all ages throughout the Commonwealth. We are very proud of
our three decades of leadership, advocacy, support services, prevention and education
programs that are made available to thousands of survivors, family members, and
professional providers. Despite budget cuts at the state level, we have continued to add
more volunteers, support groups, and members than ever before.
