The core mission of English At Large is to provide adult immigrants with the language fluency, cultural knowledge, and career readiness skills they need to fully participate in their communities. To accomplish this mission we offer innovative one-on-one and small group instruction to adult immigrants seeking English language instruction. In addition, this year we are excited to institute our Career Access Lab (“CAL”), which provides interactive resume building sessions, mock interviews, and networking tips. English At Large is a small organization with an enormous impact on individuals within the communities we serve and we need all the help we can get to expand our ability to meet demand for our services.
