We are raising funds for our Chapter https://fcaama.com, Education Scholarships http://www.fostercarealumni.org/product/scholarship-fund-for-alumni-over-25 and Animal Therapy with http://www.cultivatecounselingcenter.com for our Alumni. Only 3% of former fosters graduate from college and suffer from some sort of anxiety, PTSD and/or depression so we are working to change this. Our goal is $5,000+. Please consider donating to one of our teams, or join one of our teams by clicking on Register or create your own team on this link https://www.crowdrise.com/BOSTONMAFOSTERWALK to help us meet our goal. Please also share this with others. Thank you!

Child abuse in the U.S. is reported every 10 seconds. The effects can last a lifetime. FosterWalks are part of a national campaign to build awareness and break patterns of pain and trauma.
When you support Foster Care Alumni of America’s FosterWalk events, it benefits our chapters and helps support personal and professional growth for foster care alumni. Funds raised from the FosterWalks empower foster care alumni to overcome patterns of trauma through peer support, leadership development and advocacy.
We are Foster Care Alumni of America, 20 million strong. As an alumni-led organization, we believe in all people in and from foster care. We are building a community that empowers our peers to use their collective voice for change.
