Salisbury, MA May 16 2016 – On your mark, get set, go! Join the Salisbury Beach Partnership and RACE Cancer Foundation for the Seacoast Running Festival, set for June 10-12, 2016 at Salisbury Beach.
Designed to appeal to runners of all ages and abilities, the three-day festival consists of four races:
● The Boardwalk Bash 5K takes place at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10, 2016. Following the race, the Ocean Front South Boardwalk Bash awards and after-party begins. Enjoy food and beverages, along with live music at Surfside, Uncle Eddie’s, The Upper Deck, The Carousel Lounge, and The Dolphin.
● The Wall’s Ford 10K takes place at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016. Following the race, awards and after-party will be at Groundswell Surf Café
● Joe’s Playland 1 Mile Fun Run takes place at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016. Runners of all ages are welcome to participate. Following the race, awards and after-party will be at Joe’s Playland.
● The North Shore Half Marathon takes place at 8:00 A. M. on Sunday, June 12, 2016. Following the race, awards and after-party with food and beverages and live music will be at the Surfside Deck.
Registration for the festival is at seacoastrunningfestival.com. Registration fees vary for each race, ranging from $25 to $65. Individuals can register for a single race, or run all four races with the Seacoast All Access Pass, available for $100.
The Seacoast Running Festival will award the top male and female finishers, as well as age group winners. In addition, awards will be given to those who refer the most sign-ups, create the largest team, and generate the most activity on social media.
