Join us on Friday, May 5th at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel for FCSN’s annual fundraiser: Gala 2017 – Celebrating Every Child!
Our mission is focused on best outcomes for students with special needs, and we believe that helping families as they navigate the special education system is the best way to to achieve that goal. To that end, we provide statewide training and professional development opportunities for parents and professionals. We also staff a call center where individuals can talk with a trained advocate about any special education questions or issues they might have.
We are proud to honor Mary, Anastasia, and Alba Somoza, tireless advocates for individuals with disabilities, with the 2017 Martha Ziegler Award, while our 2017 President’s Award will go to Nutter McClennen & Fish, LLP. The evening will also include a Silent Auction, dinner, and entertainment. Susan Wornick, WCVB-TV’s award-winning reporter/news anchor, will be our emcee, and entertainment will be provided by The Down Syndrome Folklore Latino Dance Troupe.
