Community Cooks mobilizes 900+ volunteers to provide home-cooked meals for over 4,400 neighbors in need every month, including low-income students and seniors, homeless adults and families, people in recovery, veterans and at risk youth. Help us continue to provide 52,000 meals per year by purchasing a ticket to our annual fundraiser where 250 major donors, volunteer cooks, business and community leaders, and other generous supporters will gather at the MIT Media Lab. The purpose of the event is to HONOR our retiring founder Vicky I for her 27 years of visionary service and leadership; CELEBRATE the compassionate community we have built together; and RAISE FUNDS to support our mission of feeding neighbors in need.
