Do you want to learn how to be a better advocate for the causes you support? Want to gain the skills to be a great non-profit volunteer, board member, or leader?
Inspired by the Learning by Giving Foundation’s model for educating the next generation of philanthropic leaders, Advocate: Pitch with Impact is an interactive workshop let by Wendy Stewart Grossman, a nonprofit and foundation consultant.
The workshop offers attendees the tools to advocate through storytelling and garner support for a cause. The program features an overview of storytelling and the purposes of stories, a how-to on the mechanics of storytelling and effectively conveying impact, and guided practice.
