Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (Blue Cross) will host a free 45-minute spin Class on Bluebikes as part of the 2019 Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series.
Participants in the class, which is open to the public, will use stationary Bluebikes and receive Blue Cross branded dumbbells and towels. Blue Cross is the title sponsor of Bluebikes, Metro Boston’s public bike share system.
Blue Cross is also sponsoring this year’s Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series, a four-month-long series offers 30 free classes per week from June 3 to September 28 in 19 neighborhoods across the city. The program is run by The Boston Public Health Commission the Boston Parks & Recreation Department, to bring free fitness programs to city residents and increase opportunities for physical activity around Boston during the summer months.
