After being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, Campbell and his wife, Kim, went public with the diagnosis and announced his goodbye tour. Glen Campbell…I’ll Be Me documents Glen and his family’s attempt to navigate the wildly unpredictable nature of the progressing disease using love, laughter and music as their medicine of choice. Rare vintage footage and extraordinary new performances of Campbell’s most beloved hits immerse this moving cinematic account in the overwhelming talent of this humble family man.

As proud providers of assisted living for seniors facing Alzheimer’s, dementia, and the complications that come with memory loss, Volunteers of America Massachusetts is excited to share the moving story of Glen Campbell and his family.

As the number of patients and families dealing with Alzheimer’s grows at an alarming rate, now more than ever it is crucial for the conversation about this devastating disease be brought to the forefront. Families across the U.S. are being called to deal with the difficult challenge of caring for a loved one with memory loss, it is our hope that as awareness of Alzheimer’s grows, there will be a wave of support  for finding a cure.
