Madison Park Development Corporation will host a Day of Goodwill Community Yard Sale at 184 Dudley Street (rear parking lot of Hibernian Hall). Madison Park Development Corporations’ GREEN TEAM has been working with the business community of Dudley Square, encouraging them to start thinking about sustainability and how it affects their everyday life. This Community Yard Sale will bring the business community together with the residential community – building relationships and enjoying the ‘new’ Dudley Square.

We are collecting donations of items to be sold AND we are encouraging other members of the community to also participate. To celebrate A Day of Goodwill, Madison Park Development Corporation will identify families in need and donate: clothing, books, household items, furniture, etc. to be presented to the families the day of the event. Proceeds from the Yard Sale will go to support local programming at area organizations.

We are encouraging area organizations to join us on Saturday, July 18th @ 9 am – we will have music, food, activities for kids, Raffle Prizes and more! Spaces start at $25 (don’t have a table, we will supply for $5).

If you would like to have a table or for more information, please respond or email greenteam@madison-park.org! Please stay posted for updates!
