The Ahern Family Charitable Foundation will hold its 19th Annual Army-Navy Football Luncheon fundraiser on Saturday, December 10th, 2022 at the Scoreboard Sports Bar & Grill in Woburn. Proceeds from the luncheon will support Massachusetts children of fallen and deployed troops this holiday season through Operation Santa-Massachusetts, a program created in partnership with the Military Friends Foundation. Tickets are available now at ahernfoundation.org.

As part of the luncheon, attendees of the event will watch the 123rd Army-Navy Football game across dozens of widescreen HDTVs in the Scoreboard Sports Bar & Grill. When they aren’t watching one of the oldest rivalries in American sports, guests will also enjoy a buffet lunch, raffles, and silent and live auctions.

Medal of Honor Recipient Tom Kelley and his wife Joan, co-authors of The Sirens Call and Second Chances will once again be at the luncheon. In addition, local media personalities, entertainers and business people have joined the event’s Honorary Host Committee and will be in attendance including Magic 106.7 Morning Host David O’Leary, WBZ 1030AM’s Matt Phipps and Drew, Boston Comedian Dave Russo, Boston Traffic Reporter Lori Grande, WHDH TV’s Kimberly Bookman, Chief Meteorologist for Boston 25 News Kevin Lemanowicz and others.
