Please join BodyImage4Justice (BI4J) on Friday evening, August 15th from 6:00 to 8:30 pm, for the annual Kick Off Dinner and Awards Ceremony at Fenway Health’s Ansin Building . This is the opening event of BI4J’s annual LGBTQ Health and Wellness Weekend, which features hands-on classes and demonstrations, workshops and panel discussions on health, wellness, sports, and fitness topics, community merchants and organizations, good food, and more!

At the Dinner, BodyImage4Justice will honor two Champions of LGBTQ Health and Wellness: Mike’s Fitness in Jamaica Plain and transgender elder, activist, and pioneer Rev. Louis Mitchell . We are also honored to have Kye Allums, the first openly transgender NCAA Division 1 college athlete, as our Guest Speaker for the evening.

The Dinner will be catered by Norma Rosario of Norma’s Catering in Roxbury, MA, offering a Spanish-themed menu of delicious vegetarian and meat dishes. Dessert will be provided by Cheesecake Factory.

This special event is presented in collaboration with Fenway Health and The Rainbow Times.
Tickets are available now! Ticket prices are $30 for Adults and $15 for Youth (under 21).
