The UMass Boston Center for Collaborative Leadership honors those who have had a profound and lasting impact on our city and region. As such, on November 8th, the center will be honoring Andrew Dreyfus, CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) with the Building a Better Boston award.
This award honoring the work of Andrew Dreyfus is indeed timely. As the leader of BCBSMA he is a strong advocate on behalf of the uninsured. His call to action for bipartisanship in improving the Affordable Care Act is a voice that is needed in Boston and beyond. In addition, under his leadership, BCBSMA is working to stem the tide of opioid addition in Massachusetts. All this and more makes Andrew Dreyfus more than deserving of the center’s Building a Better Boston award.
The Center for Collaborative Leadership is a self-funded organization. Your contribution (ticket purchase or sponsorship) will assist the center in furthering its mission to challenge and inspire individuals to act collaboratively, identify and rethink boundaries, build purposeful relationships, and be better leaders and citizens.
