The Church On The Hill
The Church On The Hill, located next to the State House, is sponsoring a gala to raise funds to assist underprivileged but musically talented youth in furthering their music education at conservatories in the Boston area. The church has identified and provided scholarships for some young people who have gone on to play with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and on NPR’s “From The Top”. The gala takes place at the church on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 6 to 10:30 p.m. The guest of honor is Tod Machover. Machover is a composer, inventor and MIT professor of music and media.
