Session Highlights: Simple steps for positive change, Techniques to improve immunity, to control stress, to get rid of common health problems and to control mind / senses. Though you are aware of a few techniques, this session helps you to get more consistency in practice.

Take Away: Inspiration and positive energy to achieve your goal and self-realisation. Yoga also great  helps to improve fitness, flexibility, and performance of both body and mind. This is a positive life skill which could improve your life greatly in all aspects like family, work, socializing, and leadership. It is not like general yoga sessions, but highly inspirational, life changing experience with humanity.

About Speaker:

An experienced yoga practitioner and founder of Manavata, Srinivasa Alluri ( Srini ) will be taking these sessions. He has been practicing and conducting healthy living sessions across the globe for past 23 years. Srini is an Entrepreneur, Humanitarian, Philosopher, a Yogi, a social reformer, a well known cyclist (who cycled from London to Delhi and around India). He has dedicated his life for the cause of humanity and for a mission to create a healthy, happy and harmonious world. He also established number of orphanages and helping blind and disabled children. Spends majority of his time for self-less cause.

 

He is also conducting several adventures along with self-less service activities to motivate youth towards social responsibility. He is inspiring all age groups & every human by living example of healthy life style. As part of Cycling for humanity 2011, he has completed 11,350KM cycling from London (including Kanyakumari to Kashmir) and met directly more than 90,000 people in his awareness sessions and inspired many more through his team of volunteers. Srini also did cycling around India and in 15 different countries in total of 25000 KM.  He spoke at UN, Geneva in 2013, presented Manavata’s Sustainable Development program to request international forum to take high priority to protect humanity with sustainable practices.You may watch his cycle tour to India and other recent tours, via these links below :
