Celebrate the people making profound and sustained contributions to the health and well-being of our community while supporting the Visiting Nurse Association of Boston at the 12th annual Heroes in Health Care Gala on Saturday, Nov. 11, at 6 p.m. in the Mandarin Oriental, 776 Boylston St., Boston.
This year’s honorees are IBM Watson Health; Rich Rakowski, CEO of Medically Home; and Pierantonio Russo, MD, FCPP, FAAP, vice president of health services for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Lecturer in Population Medicine for Harvard Medical School. Dr. Mallika Marshall, WBZ-TV medical reporter, will serve as mistress of ceremonies.
Heroes in Health Care raises essential funding for VNA of Boston’s Maternal Child Health Program and Charitable Care Fund, as well as palliative care provided by VNA Hospice & Palliative Care.
