Join us for a cornhole tournament as we raise funds to help families and children who are experiencing homelessness!
Reasons why you should come:
-Cornhole tournament will be hosted by Boston Cornhole. Teams will be of 2 people each. You can bring a friend or make a new one the night of.
-Delicious heavy apps on us!
-Drinks at the cash bar
-Cornhole is awesome
-Prizes will be awarded to the top teams!
-You could also win a prize for best team costume (because who doesn’t like costumes?)!
-Have fun while knowing that you are helping Housing Families provide affordable, safe shelter and housing for families, quality after-school programs for kids experiencing homelessness, and all of its other programs that all serve to end family homelessness in Massachusetts.
–Housing Families will also be hosting a table where you can create “Good Luck!” cards for the kids in their program as they get ready for a new school year.

About Housing Families: Celebrating over 30 years of service, Housing Families was founded in 1986 by community members concerned about the growing crisis of homelessness among families in Greater Boston. Since then, Housing Families has grown into one of the largest providers of family shelter in Massachusetts and has served over 4,000 families. Currently HFI provides shelter to 100 homeless families and housing to 70 families in Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, and Revere and serves 112 young children each week in its therapeutic after school GREAT Youth and Families Program.
Housing Families’ central mission is to help families build the skills and understanding they need to make a successful transition into their own home, and to prevent any recurrence of homelessness.
