Get Ready for an inspiring evening! On Thursday October 13, 2016, Let’s Get Ready, a nonprofit supporting and empowering low-income and first generation students to gain admission to and graduate from college, is hosting its 6th Annual New England Gala at the Boston Harbor Hotel.

Let’s Get Ready is committed to closing the achievement gap in higher education. We leverage the talent and idealism of college students who provide low-income students in their communities with free SAT preparation, admissions counseling, and other support services needed to both gain admission to college and attain a college degree. This “near-peer” model produces powerful results: 92% of Let’s Get Ready high school students enroll in college, and our college students graduate at five times the national rate for low-income students.

With student speakers, a powerful video, an exciting silent and live auction, and more, the Gala celebrates our students’ successes and ensures Let’s Get Ready can reach even more students in the years to come. 82 cents of every dollar raised at the 6th Annual New England Gala goes directly towards Let’s Get Ready’s New England programs.

Join us on October 13th for this inspirational event!
