The Old Colony Hospice 19th Annual Memorial 5k Walk & Run is on Sunday, April 30, 2017, 11:30am at the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton, MA. On this beautiful day, we celebrate and honor the memory of our loved ones. By walking or running at this event, you can bring a special gift to hospice patients and help ensure that each patient gets the care they need and deserve.
Anyone can participate! Register as an individual or gather everyone you know to form a TEAM! Fundraise to earn get rewards like an iPad Mini!
